I can come to you to sign acknowledgments, jurats, power of attorney documents, deeds, loan documents, contracts, wills and trusts, and much more. A Notary’s role is to administer oaths and affirmations and verify the identity of the signer (not the content of any documents.)

Signing fees are set by the state of California at $15 per document, per individual signer. (See calculator.)

My travel fees are: a $45 call out fee and $1.50 per mile. The signing fee and the travel fee are classed as professional services and don’t attract additional tax. There are no surprise costs here.
